TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is important that you read these booking conditions prior making your booking as they will form the basis of your contract with us:
The following conditions form a basis of the contract between you and BonTour Travel Partner and will be subject to Danish Law and jurisdiction.
BonTour is a trading name of BonTour Travel Partner, registered in Denmark, Company code DK17070754.
1. Our agreement with you
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. You will also become directly responsible for the payment of total booking price and if applicable and appropriate, any cancellation charges. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice.
2. Your booking price
When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of booking. Full balance of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 8 (eight) weeks before your departure dates. If the deposit and/or balance are not paid on time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. 30% deposit is not refundable. All invoices must be paid by bank transfer or credit card, we don't accept other forms of payments.
Surcharges
Please note that the price of your travel arrangements can be varied due to changes in: transportation costs e.g. fuel, Government action such as increase in VAT or any other Government imposed increases, currency in relation to advertised exchange rate variations.
Even in this case we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of booking price which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. Only amounts in excess of this 2%, will be surcharged but when a surcharge is payable an administration charge of 2 eur per person. If it means that you have to pay more than 10% of the booking price you will be entitled to cancel your booking with a full refund of all monies paid except for any insurance premiums and amendment charges. Should you decide to cancel because of this you must exercise you right to do so within fourteen dates from the date we advise you. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before you book including any special offers we may from the time have which may or may not be the same as set out in our publicity material.
Late booking
For reservations made within 8 weeks of departure immediate payment of the total booking cost is required. Cancellation by you will result as outlined in point 4. If you cancel your booking.
Payment
Please note in the event that BonTour do not receive the balance of the booking cost from the client by the designated date, the booking will be cancelled. No person will be allowed to travel unless we receive the cleared funds, or evidence of cleared funds, prior your date of departure.
3. Changes by you
If you wish to change your plans in any way and we can accept the change, a charge of 25 eur per person per amendment will apply. These instructions must be received from the lead name, in writing, a minimum of 2 month prior to departure. All changes later than 2 month before travel may not be possible and have to be discussed separetely as well as the charge for amendment.
4. If you cancel your booking
You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time providing that cancellation is made in written form by the person who made the original booking and has communicated to us. You will receive the refund of the amount paid (excluding any insurance premiums, amendment charges, 30% deposit) less the cancellation fees specified below, but adjusted (if applicable) for any higher price, payable by other members of the original booking who elect to continue with their booking.

5. If we amend your booking
It is unlikely that we have to amend your booking. Occasionally changes may be made which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most of the these changes are minor and we will advise at the earliest possible date. If you do not wish to accept a material change we will give you a full refund and in addition, whether or not you accept a material change prior to departure, we will also give you compensation for the inconveniences as follows:
It is unlikely that we have to amend your booking. Occasionally changes may be made which we reserve the right to do at any time. If you do not wish to accept a material change we will give you a full refund and in addition, whether or not you accept a material change prior to departure, we will also give you compensation for the inconveniences as follows:

The compensations above are the only compensation that will be paid to you. As we do not control day to day management of your accommodation, it is possible that we may be advised that the reserved accommodation may not be suitable or available to you upon arrival. If this happens, we endeavor to provide accommodation of at least the same standard. If only accommodation of lower standard available then we will refund the difference. Important note: We are not responsible for changes which arise as a result of situations outside of our control such as technical or maintenance problems with means of transportation, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist atack.
6. If we cancel your booking
We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your booking. However in no case will we cancel your booking less than two months before the scheduled departure date unless it is for reason outside of our control, for reasons of safety or security, or for late or non-payment by you. If we cancel your booking (other than for late or non-payment by you) we will offer to you either an alternative option of comparable type, though if alternative offered is at additional cost, the difference will be payable by you. A full refund of all money paid, in either case will be the only recompense which we do to you.
7. Changes after the start of your travel or event
Very occasionally we have to change your booking arrangements after you arrive. If we do this, we will try to place you in accommodation of the same or higher standard. We will pay you compensation as according to our scale, paragraph 5. You have no right to cancel your booking after you have left for the destination if we offer you a suitable alternative.
8. Our Liability
We accept responsibility for the negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees while acting within the scope of or in the course of their employment with us and for any deficiencies in the services we are contractually obliged to provide or the failure of such services to reach a reasonable standard. In any such case our liability shall be limited to a maximum of twice the original booking cost. Although where the services in question consist of carriage by air, by sea or rail or the provision of accommodation, the limit of our liability shall be as provided for under applicable law and/or international convention. We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel or event arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as described in your Itinerary or program. If any part of your arrangements is not provided as promised, we will offer you a suitable alternative. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday.
9. If anything goes wrong
Please contact us on our 24 hour emergency number (outlined in your Itinerary or +45 7023 1570) to advise to solve the problem. Failure to meet activity / transfer does not entitle you to an automatic refund if you have not contacted us and spoke to a member of our staff. Please make sure you call us and speak to a member of our staff if you have any problems. No refunds are given if you dont show up for activity/transfer/etc.
10. Conduct
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your booking arrangements without notice should you behavior be such as that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.
